This Enniscorthy project combined two flooring types – wide plank and tumbled parquet – across a large property with an underfloor heating system. The extended timeline required close coordination with multiple contractors, with the flooring installation phased around remedial works for skirtings, architraves, doors, and staircases. We managed a phased installation across an extended project timeline, coordinating closely with other trades to ensure the flooring was fitted and finished without disruption to the wider works. Our specialist underfloor heating method – using Bluetooth monitoring and per-room temperature chips – ensured safe, stable bonding throughout. The addition of solid brass border inlays and a Bona Wax Oil finish delivered the luxury result the client was looking for.
